Description:

This weekly Photo Club invites students to explore photography as a free and expressive art form. Open to all who are experienced or those who just love photos and want to learn more, the club offers an environment to develop technical abilities, artistic vision, and storytelling through playful and creative weekly prompts.

Sessions combine hands-on practice, focusing on creative portraiture, street photography, and essential compositional principles. Participants will learn how to effectively use their cameras, work with natural lighting, and experiment with visual elements such as color, contrast, and framing.

Basic photo editing techniques will be introduced to enhance each participant’s work and support the development of their individual niche styles. The structure of the club will operate in a monthly sequence of shooting and editing encouraging photographers to develop an effective workflow. This will ensure that students have the space to reflect on their growth and personal style.

Collaborative feedback and group discussions through a community like setting, encouraging participants to share their work, refine their visual language, and gain confidence as emerging photographers.
